1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the Dragonart Creator Platform ("Platform"), operated by Dragonart ("Dragonart", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our web applications, creator dashboard, performance analytics, and related services.

By registering an account, logging into the Platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Creator Registration & Account Eligibility

To register as a Dragonart Partner Creator and access the Platform, you must fulfill all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Be an active content creator or live streamer affiliated with or partnered with Dragonart.
• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information during onboarding and maintain the accuracy of such data at all times.
• Complete email verification and multi-factor security verification as required by Dragonart.

3. TikTok Account Connection & Authorization

As part of the Dragonart Creator Platform services, creators may be required to authorize Dragonart to connect their TikTok account via official TikTok OAuth / Login APIs.

Information received from TikTok (including username, display name, user ID, profile metrics, live broadcast metrics, and diamond statistics) will be collected, processed, and stored in strict compliance with the Dragonart Privacy Policy.

4. Fraud, Impersonation & Abuse Prevention

Dragonart maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent activity, impersonation, or misuse of our system. Dragonart reserves the absolute right to investigate, prevent, restrict, or suspend accounts where there is suspected:

• Impersonation of another creator, agency partner, or individual.
• Creation or operation of duplicate or unverified accounts.
• Falsification or manipulation of broadcast metrics, live hours, valid live days, or diamond totals.
• Unauthorized access, automated bot traffic, or system abuse.

5. Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your login email, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) verification codes.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Dragonart immediately at creator@dragonart.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using the Dragonart Creator Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or tamper with security features or authentication systems.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or components of the Platform.
• Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from the Platform using automated tools, scripts, or spiders.
• Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful digital code.
• Using the Platform to engage in illegal, harmful, harassing, or defamatory conduct.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Dragonart reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your creator agreement or partnership with Dragonart expires or is terminated.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority.
• Your account displays suspicious security threats or fraudulent metric activity.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, branding, logos, trademarks, UI designs, graphics, and trade dress associated with the Dragonart Creator Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Dragonart or its licensors and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all metrics estimations (including diamond forecasts, payout conversions, and rank predictions) are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for informational purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragonart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or operational availability resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information and TikTok account data.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Dragonart reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (United Kingdom), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
