Dragonart ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. We collect personal information necessary to operate the Dragonart Creator Platform, manage partner creator relationships, calculate performance metrics, and process tier incentives.

Account Data: Display name, email address, password hash, profile picture URL, and creator manager assignments.
TikTok Integration Data: TikTok username/handle, user ID, public performance metrics, live stream duration, valid live days, and diamond statistics.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device details, and authentication log timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process creator information for the following specific purposes:

To verify creator identity and authenticate platform logins using two-factor authentication (2FA).
To calculate monthly diamond statistics, tier goals, forecast payouts, and activeness levels.
To facilitate agency communication and announce PK match challenges and policy updates.
To detect and prevent fraudulent account creation, impersonation, or metric manipulation.

3. TikTok OAuth & Data Protection

When you authorize Dragonart to connect your TikTok account via official TikTok Login APIs, we only access the data scopes explicitly granted by you. TikTok data is processed strictly in accordance with TikTok API Developer Policies and UK GDPR data protection standards.

4. Data Storage & Security

All account data and uploaded profile media are securely stored using Google Firebase Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage in encrypted database environments.

5. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

As a UK or EU resident, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing of, or request erasure of your personal data held by Dragonart. To exercise these rights, please contact our privacy coordinator at creator@dragonart.com.
